Goals / Teaching Philosophy
My
teaching philosophy emphasizes a rigorous development and understanding of
accounting theory by relating such theory to my own actual practice along with
experiences of carefully selected guest lecturers.
Case studies utilizing student group participation are used when
practical. Besides
open problem solving and discussion, use of computer technology in the classroom
is used.
